We'll give you a breakdown of fees and send you a lease.
Short-term rentals have a cleaning fee of $200-$650
depending upon the size of the rental and if a pet is at the property.
Optional Linen service fee ranging from $150- $400.
Rental may be subject to a
NH Room and Meals Tax of 8.5%.
You will need to fill out a Credit Application online which is $35.95/person.
Once your Credit Application is processed, your information will be presented to the owners of the property who will make their decision.
The Lease, W-9 (allowing your deposit to be held in escrow with your Social Security Number), Pet Addendum (if necessary), Lead Paint Articles & Addendum (if necessary) will be sent to you to sign.
The lease will be secured once your deposit is received with the signed lease.
A completely executed lease will be sent to you as soon as we have received it.
